目的:观察Proseal型喉罩置入对高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术应激性反应的影响。方法:收治需行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的高龄患者80例,分两组,每组40例,对照组采取气管内插管全身麻醉,观察组给予Proseal型喉罩置入,记录两组患者不同时刻血流动力学相关指标及皮质醇水平。结果:观察组插管时、插管5 min 及拔管时 MAP、HR 均低于对照组,血流动力学指标更为平稳(P<0.05)。观察组插管时、插管5 min、拔管时、拔管后5 min皮质醇水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Proseal型喉罩置入对高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术应激性反应水平较低,血流动力学相关指标更为平稳。

Objective:To discuss the influence of proseal laryngeal mask insertion and endotracheal intubation for laparoscopic resection stress reaction in elderly patients.Methods:80 old patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected,they were divided into two groups,each group of 40 cases,the control group received general anesthesia endotracheal intubation,the observation group received Proseal LMA insertion,two groups of patients with different recording time hemodynamics related indicators and cortisol levels.Results:The observation group intubation,intubation 5 min and extubation MAP,HR were lower than the control group,and had more stable hemodynamics(P<0.05).The levels of cortisol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 5 min,5 min,and after extubation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Proseal LMA insertion of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients have lower level of stress response, more stable hemodynamics.
