目的：探讨异丙嗪、地西泮治疗兴奋型急性酒精中毒的疗效。方法：收治兴奋型急性酒精中毒患者135例，对其应用不同药物进行随机分组治疗。结果：地西泮治疗组由兴奋转为安静状态所需时间最短，不良反应多；异丙嗪治疗能有效、平稳地让患者度过醉酒期，不良反应少。结论：对于治疗兴奋型急性酒精中毒应适度镇静，异丙嗪能有效、平稳地让患者度过醉酒期，是比较理想的用药。

목적：탐토이병진、지서반치료흥강형급성주정중독적료효。방법：수치흥강형급성주정중독환자135례，대기응용불동약물진행수궤분조치료。결과：지서반치료조유흥강전위안정상태소수시간최단，불량반응다；이병진치료능유효、평은지양환자도과취주기，불량반응소。결론：대우치료흥강형급성주정중독응괄도진정，이병진능유효、평은지양환자도과취주기，시비교이상적용약。
Objective:To investigate the effect of promethazine,diazepam in the treatment of acute alcoholism with excited type. Methods:135 patients with acute alcoholism of excited type were selected,they were treated with different drugs,we compared the treatment effect.Results:In the diazepam treatment group,the time from excitement to quiet state was the shortest,adverse reactions were more.Promethazine can effectively stabilize patients,let the patient get through the period of intoxication,adverse reactions were few.Conclusion:For the treatment of acute alcoholism with excited type,moderate sedation was required,promethazine can effectively stabilize patients,let the patient get through the period of intoxication,it was a relatively ideal drug.
