目的：分析腹部闭合性创伤患者的诊断及治疗方法。方法：对132例腹部闭合性创伤患者的临床资料以及诊断方法进行回顾性分析。结果：132例患者均行腹腔穿刺检查，阳性121例(91.67%)；53例患者行X线检查，膈下游离气体17例(32.07%)；118例患者行B超检查，阳性101例(85.59%)；86例患者行CT检查，脏器损伤61例(70.93%)；手术治疗118例(89.39%)，治愈110例(93.22%)，术中、术后死亡8例(6.78%)；保守治疗14例(10.61%)，全部治愈或好转出院。结论：腹部闭合性创伤患者病情危重，要及时确诊、及时抢救，控制患者腹部出血状况，尽早进行手术治疗，提高患者的治愈率。

목적：분석복부폐합성창상환자적진단급치료방법。방법：대132례복부폐합성창상환자적림상자료이급진단방법진행회고성분석。결과：132례환자균행복강천자검사，양성121례(91.67%)；53례환자행X선검사，격하유리기체17례(32.07%)；118례환자행B초검사，양성101례(85.59%)；86례환자행CT검사，장기손상61례(70.93%)；수술치료118례(89.39%)，치유110례(93.22%)，술중、술후사망8례(6.78%)；보수치료14례(10.61%)，전부치유혹호전출원。결론：복부폐합성창상환자병정위중，요급시학진、급시창구，공제환자복부출혈상황，진조진행수술치료，제고환자적치유솔。
Objective:To analyze the diagnosis and treatment method of patients with abdomen closed trauma.Methods:The clinical data and diagnostic methods of 132 patients with abdomen closed trauma were retrospectively analyzed.Results:132 patients were given abdominal puncture examination,121 cases(91.67%) were positive.53 patients were given X-ray examination, 17 cases(32.07%) had subphrenic free air.118 patients were given B-ultrasonic examination,101 cases(85.59%) were positive.86 patients were given CT examination,61 cases(70.93%) had organ injury.118 patients(89.39%) were given operative treatment,110 cases(93.22%) were cured,8 cases(6.78%) were intraoperative and postoperative died.14 cases(10.61%) were given conservative treatment,all were cured or improved hospital discharge.Conclusion:The patients with abdomen closed trauma in critical condition should be given timely diagnosis,timely rescue,controlling the abdominal bleeding condition of patients,as soon as possible carrying out the surgical treatment can improve the cure rate of patients.
