Minicholecy-stolithotomyremaning gallbladder treating cholelithiasis was a kind of changed idea,but there were still some disputes and uncertainties,which were closely concerned by the domestic general surgical field.This article reviewed the controversy about the minicholecy-stolithotomyremaning gallbladder,the standardization development of the minicholecy-stoli-thotomyremaning gallbladder,the postoperative recurrence of calculi and stated the development and current status of domestic minicholecy-stolithotomyremaning gallbladder.
