目的：探讨地佐辛注射液联合间苯三酚治疗肾绞痛患者的效果。方法：收治肾绞痛患者120例，随机分成治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组给予地佐辛注射液联合间苯三酚治疗，对照组给予哌替啶注射液联合山莨菪碱治疗，比较两组的镇痛效果及不良反应。结果：治疗组的症状显著改善，镇痛效果及不良反应发生率优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：地佐辛联合间苯三酚治疗肾绞痛镇痛效果好，不良反应少。
目的：探討地佐辛註射液聯閤間苯三酚治療腎絞痛患者的效果。方法：收治腎絞痛患者120例，隨機分成治療組和對照組各60例，治療組給予地佐辛註射液聯閤間苯三酚治療，對照組給予哌替啶註射液聯閤山莨菪堿治療，比較兩組的鎮痛效果及不良反應。結果：治療組的癥狀顯著改善，鎮痛效果及不良反應髮生率優于對照組(P＜0.05)。結論：地佐辛聯閤間苯三酚治療腎絞痛鎮痛效果好，不良反應少。
목적：탐토지좌신주사액연합간분삼분치료신교통환자적효과。방법：수치신교통환자120례，수궤분성치료조화대조조각60례，치료조급여지좌신주사액연합간분삼분치료，대조조급여고체정주사액연합산랑탕감치료，비교량조적진통효과급불량반응。결과：치료조적증상현저개선，진통효과급불량반응발생솔우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：지좌신연합간분삼분치료신교통진통효과호，불량반응소。
Objective:To explore the analgesic effect of dezocine combined with phloroglucin in the treatment of renal colic. Methods:120 cases of patients with renal colic were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group,the treatment group was treated with dezocine injection combined with phloroglucin,the control group was treated with meperidine hydrochloride injection combined with anisodamine,we compared the analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the symptoms were significantly improved,the analgesic effect and adverse reaction rate were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of dezocine combined with phloroglucin in the treatment of renal colic was good,adverse reactions were few.
