目的：探讨曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效性和安全性。方法：收治慢性心力衰竭患者58例，随机分成观察组和对照组各29例，对照组给予地高辛、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂及β受体阻滞剂，观察组在对照组的基础上加用曲美他嗪，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，两组患者的生活质量、幸福度、家庭功能、功能性生活指数、日常生活能力、6 min步行距离、LVEF、心功能NYHA分级均明显好转(P＜0.05)，且治疗后，观察组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效显著。
목적：탐토곡미타진치료만성심력쇠갈적유효성화안전성。방법：수치만성심력쇠갈환자58례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조각29례，대조조급여지고신、이뇨제、혈관긴장소전환매억제제혹혈관긴장소Ⅱ수체길항제급β수체조체제，관찰조재대조조적기출상가용곡미타진，비교량조치료효과。결과：치료후，량조환자적생활질량、행복도、가정공능、공능성생활지수、일상생활능력、6 min보행거리、LVEF、심공능NYHA분급균명현호전(P＜0.05)，차치료후，관찰조명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：곡미타진치료만성심력쇠갈료효현저。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:58 patients with chronic heart failure were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 29 cases in each group,the control group was treated with digoxin,diuretics,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers and B receptor blockers,the observation group added trimetazidine on the basis of the control group,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the quality of life,happiness,family function, functional living index,daily life ability,6 minutes walking distance,LVEF,heart function NYHA grade of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and after treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Efficacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure was significant.
