目的：探讨骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿的诊断、手术治疗方式及疗效。方法：回顾性分析28例骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿患者的临床资料。结果：26例恢复良好，2例死亡。结论：骑跨横窦硬膜外血肿只要经头颅CT确诊后，早期手术治疗清除血肿，可以取得良好的治疗效果。
目的：探討騎跨橫竇硬膜外血腫的診斷、手術治療方式及療效。方法：迴顧性分析28例騎跨橫竇硬膜外血腫患者的臨床資料。結果：26例恢複良好，2例死亡。結論：騎跨橫竇硬膜外血腫隻要經頭顱CT確診後，早期手術治療清除血腫，可以取得良好的治療效果。
목적：탐토기과횡두경막외혈종적진단、수술치료방식급료효。방법：회고성분석28례기과횡두경막외혈종환자적림상자료。결과：26례회복량호，2례사망。결론：기과횡두경막외혈종지요경두로CT학진후，조기수술치료청제혈종，가이취득량호적치료효과。
Objective:To explore the diagnosis,operation treatment methods and curative effect of straddling transverse sinus epidural hematoma.Methods:The clinical data of 28 patients with straddling transverse sinus epidural hematoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results:26 cases recovered well,2 cases were died.Conclusion:As long as diagnosed by head CT and early operation treatment for clearance of hematoma in straddling transverse sinus epidural hematoma can obtain good treatment effect.
