目的：对比奈达铂(NDP)联合氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)与顺铂(DDP)联合氟尿嘧啶治疗老年晚期食管癌的效果和不良反应。方法：收治老年晚期食管癌患者46例，随机分为NDP+5-FU治疗组(A组，24例)和DDP+5-FU对照组(B组，22例)，比较两组患者的疗效和不良反应。结果：A组总有效率27.53%，B组总有效率22.73%(P＜0.05)。A组主要不良反应为骨髓抑制，B组主要不良反应为消化道反应。结论：奈达铂治疗老年晚期食管癌患者的效果显著，不良反应小。
목적：대비내체박(NDP)연합불뇨밀정(5-FU)여순박(DDP)연합불뇨밀정치료노년만기식관암적효과화불량반응。방법：수치노년만기식관암환자46례，수궤분위NDP+5-FU치료조(A조，24례)화DDP+5-FU대조조(B조，22례)，비교량조환자적료효화불량반응。결과：A조총유효솔27.53%，B조총유효솔22.73%(P＜0.05)。A조주요불량반응위골수억제，B조주요불량반응위소화도반응。결론：내체박치료노년만기식관암환자적효과현저，불량반응소。
Objective:To explore the curative effect and adverse reactions of nedaplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:46 elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into NDP+5-FU treatment group(A group,24 cases) and DDP+5-FU control group(B group,22 cases),we compared the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the A group was 27.53%,and the total effective rate in the B group was 22.73%(P<0.05).In the A group, the main adverse reactions were bone marrow suppression,in the B group,the main adverse reactions were gastrointestinal reactions.Conclusion:Effect of nedaplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma was significant, adverse reaction was small.
