目的：探讨社区原发性高血压病联合用药的临床疗效。方法：将80例原发性高血压病患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组给予非洛地平和缬沙坦治疗，对照组给予波依定治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：试验组的降压疗效明显优于对照组。结论：早期联合用药降压治疗可显著提高高血压病的控制率，降低高血压病所致的心脑血管发病率和病死率。
目的：探討社區原髮性高血壓病聯閤用藥的臨床療效。方法：將80例原髮性高血壓病患者隨機分為試驗組和對照組。試驗組給予非洛地平和纈沙坦治療，對照組給予波依定治療，比較兩組的治療效果。結果：試驗組的降壓療效明顯優于對照組。結論：早期聯閤用藥降壓治療可顯著提高高血壓病的控製率，降低高血壓病所緻的心腦血管髮病率和病死率。
목적：탐토사구원발성고혈압병연합용약적림상료효。방법：장80례원발성고혈압병환자수궤분위시험조화대조조。시험조급여비락지평화힐사탄치료，대조조급여파의정치료，비교량조적치료효과。결과：시험조적강압료효명현우우대조조。결론：조기연합용약강압치료가현저제고고혈압병적공제솔，강저고혈압병소치적심뇌혈관발병솔화병사솔。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the combination therapy for primary hypertension in community.Methods:80 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with felodipine and valsartan,the control group was treated with plendil,we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Early combined treatment with antihypertensive therapy can significantly improve the control rate of hypertension and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mortality.
