目的：探讨牵正散加减治疗面肌痉挛的疗效。方法：收治面肌痉挛患者43例，采用牵正散加减治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：治愈7例，显效18例，有效14例，无效4例，总有效率90.7%。结论：牵正散加减治疗面肌痉挛有较好的疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qian Zheng San addition and subtraction treatment for hemifacial spasm. Methods:43 cases of patients with hemifacial spasm were selected,they were treated by Qian Zheng San addition and subtraction treatment,we observed the effect of treatment.Results:7 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective, 4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 90.7%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Qian Zheng San addition and subtraction treatment for hemifacial spasm was better.
