Rabeprazole%Amoxicillin%Clarithromycin%Gastric ulcer
目的：观察雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林和克拉霉素三者联合治疗胃溃疡的效果。方法：收治胃溃疡患者100例，随机分为观察组(50例)及对照组(50例)。对观察组行雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林和克拉霉素三种药物联合治疗；对对照组使用雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林和甲硝唑三种药物联合治疗，对比、观察两组疗效。结果：观察组不适现象发生率4%，明显低于对照组的18%(P＜0.05)；观察组优良率98%(49/50)，明显高于对照组的80%(40/50)(P＜0.05)。结论：雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林和克拉霉素联合治疗胃溃疡，能够对临床症状进行有效缓解，减少家庭经济负担，效果较好，且安全性较高。

목적：관찰뢰패랍서、아막서림화극랍매소삼자연합치료위궤양적효과。방법：수치위궤양환자100례，수궤분위관찰조(50례)급대조조(50례)。대관찰조행뢰패랍서、아막서림화극랍매소삼충약물연합치료；대대조조사용뢰패랍서、아막서림화갑초서삼충약물연합치료，대비、관찰량조료효。결과：관찰조불괄현상발생솔4%，명현저우대조조적18%(P＜0.05)；관찰조우량솔98%(49/50)，명현고우대조조적80%(40/50)(P＜0.05)。결론：뢰패랍서、아막서림화극랍매소연합치료위궤양，능구대림상증상진행유효완해，감소가정경제부담，효과교호，차안전성교고。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of rabeprazole,amoxicillin combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:100 patients with gastric ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases) and the control group(50 cases).The observation group was given rabeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin three drugs combined treatment.The control group was given rabeprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole three drugs combined treatment.The treatment curative effects of two groups were compared and observed.Results:The incidence rate of discomfort in the observation group was 4%,it was significantly lower than 18% of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 98% (49/50),it was significantly higher than 80% (40/50) of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rabeprazole, amoxicillin combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of gastric ulcer can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,reduce the economic burden of the family,the effect is better,and the safety is high.
