目的：探讨中医药辨证施治糖尿病自汗症的临床效果。方法：收治糖尿病自汗症患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组给予降糖药物控制血糖稳定，维生素B 200 mg肌注，1次/d。观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医辨证分型治疗。气阴两虚证给予生脉饮加味治疗，气虚证给予四君子汤加味治疗，阴虚证给予当归六黄汤加减治疗。结果：观察组治愈29例，有效9例，无效3例，总有效率92.5%，其中气阴两虚证3例，治愈1例，有效2例，总有效率100.0%，气虚证5例，治愈3例，有效1例，无效2例，总有效率90.0%，阴虚证30例，治愈25例，有效5例，无效2例，总有效率93.7%。对照组治愈20例，有效12例，无效8例，总有效率80.0%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中医药辨证施治糖尿病自汗症疗效显著。

목적：탐토중의약변증시치당뇨병자한증적림상효과。방법：수치당뇨병자한증환자80례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각40례，대조조급여강당약물공제혈당은정，유생소B 200 mg기주，1차/d。관찰조재대조조적기출상급여중의변증분형치료。기음량허증급여생맥음가미치료，기허증급여사군자탕가미치료，음허증급여당귀륙황탕가감치료。결과：관찰조치유29례，유효9례，무효3례，총유효솔92.5%，기중기음량허증3례，치유1례，유효2례，총유효솔100.0%，기허증5례，치유3례，유효1례，무효2례，총유효솔90.0%，음허증30례，치유25례，유효5례，무효2례，총유효솔93.7%。대조조치유20례，유효12례，무효8례，총유효솔80.0%，량조비교，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：중의약변증시치당뇨병자한증료효현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of diabetes spontaneous perspiration.Methods:80 patients with diabetes spontaneous perspiration were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given antidiabetic drug to control blood sugar stable,vitamin B 200 mg intramuscular injection,one time one day.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation classified treatment on the basis of the control group.The qi and yin deficiency pattern was given pulse-activating decoction add flavor treatment.The qi deficiency syndrome was given sijunzi decoction add flavor treatment.The yin deficiency syndrome was given TangKuei Six Yellow decoction adjusted treatment.Results:In the observation group,29 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 92.5%.3 cases were qi and yin deficiency pattern,1 case was cured,2 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 100.0%.5 cases were qi deficiency syndrome,3 cases were cured,1 case was effective,2 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 90.0%.30 cases were yin deficiency syndrome,25 cases were cured,5 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 93.7%.In the control group,20 cases were cured,12 cases were effective,8 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 80.0%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of diabetes spontaneous perspiration has a significant curative effect.
