目的 比较姜及其不同炮制品中姜酚类成分的含量差异,以揭示不同炮制品的药效变化原理.方法 以辣椒碱为对照,姜酚类成分为指标,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定样品中姜酚类成分的含量.结果 标准曲线方程为Y=0.01X-0.003 2(r2=0.999 4),表明辣椒碱浓度为9.99~119.88μg/mL时与吸光度呈良好线性关系.精密度试验、稳定性试验、重复性试验及加样回收率试验测试结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)值均小于3.0%.生姜及其炮制品中姜酚含量由高至低依次为:姜炭、炮姜、干姜、生姜.结论 姜不同炮制品的药效变化很可能是因炮制前后姜酚类成分含量变化所引起的,并且,紫外-可见分光光度法准确度高、稳定性良好,可应用于样品中姜酚类成分的含量测定.

Objective To compare the differences of gingerols content in ginger and its processed products in order to re-veal the change principle of pharmacological efficacy in different processed products. Methods With capsaicin as control and the gingerols constituents as index,the content of gingerols in ginger and its processed products samples was determined by adopt-ing the ultra-violet(UV) visible spectrophotometry. Results The standard curve equation was Y=0.01X-0.003 2(r2=0.999 4), which showed that capsaicin in the rang of 9.99-119.88μg/mL had a good linear relation with absorbance. RSD values of preci-sions experiment,stability experiment,repeatability experiment and recovery experiment were less than 3.0%. The gingerol con-tents in fresh ginger and its processed products from high to low were in turn ginger carbon,processed ginger,dried ginger and fresh ginger. Conclusion The pharmacological efficacy change of different ginger processed products is probably due to the con-tent change of gingerols constituents before and after processing ,moreover the UV visible spectrophotometry has high accuracy and good stability,which could be applied to determine the content of gingerols in ginger samples.
