Chinese and Western medicine treatment 39 cases of rheumatoid arthritis in active period
目的 观察大活络丸辅助治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效. 方法 将49例患者随机分2组,治疗组39例,服用大活络丸联合甲氨喋呤、来氟米特片;对照组10例,用甲氨喋呤、来氟米特片,疗程均为2个月. 结果 2组临床疗效比较治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.01). 结论 大活络丸能有效缓解活动期类风湿关节炎症状,改善患者的关节功能,减少西药副作用.
目的 觀察大活絡汍輔助治療活動期類風濕性關節炎的臨床療效. 方法 將49例患者隨機分2組,治療組39例,服用大活絡汍聯閤甲氨喋呤、來氟米特片;對照組10例,用甲氨喋呤、來氟米特片,療程均為2箇月. 結果 2組臨床療效比較治療組優于對照組(P＜0.01). 結論 大活絡汍能有效緩解活動期類風濕關節炎癥狀,改善患者的關節功能,減少西藥副作用.
목적 관찰대활락환보조치료활동기류풍습성관절염적림상료효. 방법 장49례환자수궤분2조,치료조39례,복용대활락환연합갑안첩령、래불미특편;대조조10례,용갑안첩령、래불미특편,료정균위2개월. 결과 2조림상료효비교치료조우우대조조(P＜0.01). 결론 대활락환능유효완해활동기류풍습관절염증상,개선환자적관절공능,감소서약부작용.
Purpose: To observe the adjuvant treatment of active active pill clinical effects of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 49 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 39 cases of the treatment group taking active pills big joint methotrexate, leflunomide tablets; 10 cases of the control group, with methotrexate, leflunomide tablets, treatment of 2 months. Results: Group 2 Comparison of clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The major active pills can effectively alleviate the active stage of rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, improve joint function in patients and reduce side effects of western medicine.
