目的 了解病毒全颗粒灭活流感疫苗与病毒裂解流感疫苗对中国健康人群的血清学免疫效果,为流感疫苗选择使用提供科学依据.方法 接种两种疫苗于2组健康人群,在免疫后不同时间检测其抗体滴度,计算其抗体保护率和抗体阳性率.结果 除乙型抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)在免疫后150d2组差异有统计学意义外(t=2.127 P<0.05),其余各检测期,各型抗体GMT、抗体保护率及阳性率两种疫苗之间的差异无统计学意义.结论 病毒全颗粒灭活流感疫苗与病毒裂解流感疫苗血清学免疫效果基本相同.

Objiective To study virus entire pellet deactivation flu vaccine and the viral decomposition fluvaccine to the Chinese healthy crowd's serology immunity effect,hope to provide the scientific basis for flu vaccine choice.Methods Vaccinates these two kind of vaccines separately in two groups of healthy crowds, the different time examines its antibody titer after the immunity, calculates its antibody protection ratio and the antibody masculine gender rate. Results There has no statistics significance difference between two kinds of vaccine antibody geometric mean titer (GMT),antibody protection ratioor masculine gender rate inall various detection periods except B antibody GMT in the immunity latter 150 days (t=2.127,P<0.05).Conclusion Virus entire pellet deactivation flu vaccine and viral decomposition flu vaccine have same effect of serology immunity.
