目的:建立活骨颗粒中麻黄、肉桂、三棱TLC鉴别及测定盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法:采用薄层色谱和薄层扫描法。结果:线性范围0.5~3.0 μg,回收率97.83%。RSD为3.32%。结论:该法准确,重复性好,适用于制剂的含量测定。

목적:건립활골과립중마황、육계、삼릉TLC감별급측정염산마황감함량적방법。방법:채용박층색보화박층소묘법。결과:선성범위0.5~3.0 μg,회수솔97.83%。RSD위3.32%。결론:해법준학,중복성호,괄용우제제적함량측정。
OBJECTIVE:TLC and TLC-scanning method were used to identify Herb ephedrae, Cortex cinnamomi,Rhizoma sparganii and to determine the ephedrine hydrochloride in Huogu granules.METHODS:To use TLC and TLC-scanning method.RESULTS:Calibration curve was linearity within the range of 0.5~3.0 μg(r =0.9990), the average was 97.83% , and RSD was 3.32%.CONCLUSION:The method was sensitive , accurate and rapid , it is suitable for quantitative determination .
