研究了2-(4-氯-2-膦酸苯偶氨)-7-(2,6- 二溴-4-磺胺基苯偶氮)-1,8-二羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸(偶氮氯膦-DBSA,DBSAPA)与铋的显色反应。在高氯酸-水溶液中, 显色剂与铋*#形成稳定的蓝紫色络合物,最大吸收波长在637 nm处,在0~0.60 mg/L范围内符合比耳定律。该反应灵敏度高,ε637=1. 48×105 L*mol-1*cm-1。应用该法测定了钨铋矿和铅黄铜矿中微量铋,结果满意。

Reagent 2-(4-Chloro-2-phosphono-benzenenazo)-7-(2,6-Dibromo4-Sulfuryl aminobenzenazo)-1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene3,6disulfonic acid (DBSAPA) for the spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of bismuth(Ⅲ)has been studied. In 6 mol/L HClO4 medi
um , DBSAPA reacts with bismuth(Ⅲ)to form a stable complex. The composition of complex is 2∶1(L∶M). The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 637 nm. Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.60 mg/L. The apparent molar a bsorptivity is 1.48×105 L·mol-1·cm-1, relatively large amounts of usual metal ions are tolerated for determining microamouts of bismuth. This method has been
applied to the determination of bismuth in mineral samples with satisfactory res
