目的:研究健康志愿者静脉滴注80 mg国产OME注射剂的药动学和药效学。方法:采用HPLC法测定OME的血药浓度，24小时动态胃内pH监测来评价药效。结果:血药浓度-时间曲线符合二室开放模型，24小时胃内pH平均为6.21±0.49，pH>4时间占总时间为(90.53±7.86)%。结论:静脉滴注80 mg国产OME可显著抑制胃酸分泌，但抑制胃酸作用与血药浓度不相关。
目的:研究健康誌願者靜脈滴註80 mg國產OME註射劑的藥動學和藥效學。方法:採用HPLC法測定OME的血藥濃度，24小時動態胃內pH鑑測來評價藥效。結果:血藥濃度-時間麯線符閤二室開放模型，24小時胃內pH平均為6.21±0.49，pH>4時間佔總時間為(90.53±7.86)%。結論:靜脈滴註80 mg國產OME可顯著抑製胃痠分泌，但抑製胃痠作用與血藥濃度不相關。
목적:연구건강지원자정맥적주80 mg국산OME주사제적약동학화약효학。방법:채용HPLC법측정OME적혈약농도，24소시동태위내pH감측래평개약효。결과:혈약농도-시간곡선부합이실개방모형，24소시위내pH평균위6.21±0.49，pH>4시간점총시간위(90.53±7.86)%。결론:정맥적주80 mg국산OME가현저억제위산분비，단억제위산작용여혈약농도불상관。
The pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of OME were studied in 8 healthy volunteers after an infusion dose of 80 mg domectic preparation.METHODS:Plasma concentrations of omeprazole were determined by HPLC method.24-hour intragastric pH monitoring was carried out in each subject.RESULTS:Plasma concentration-time curve was fitted to a two compartment open pharmacokinetic model.24-hour mean intragastric pH and the total time of intragastric pH>4 were 6.21±0.40 and (90.53±7.86)%，respectively.CONCLUSION:The results showed that OME has great inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion ,no significant correlation was found between the degree of acid inhibition and plasma concentration.
