随机观察133例搭桥术后患者，分成低氧血症组和非低氧血症组，比较两组低氧血症的相关因素，将有显著差异的因素做多元逐步回归分析。患低氧血症者25例，发生率18.80％；其中轻度15例(11.28％)，重度10例(7.52％)。两组有显著性差异的因素为体外循环(CPB)时间和手术时间、年龄、术中液体总量、室壁瘤。体外循环时间为最有意义的指标。

We investigated 133 patients undergoing CABG and got theincidence of postoperative hypoxemia. The relative factors were tested through descriptive analysis and logistic regression and we got the relative risk factors and the most significant risk factor. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software. Among the 133 patients investigated, 25 patients suffered from the postoperative hypoxemia and the incidence was 18.80%. The patients with mild-to-moderate and severe hypoxemia were 15 and 10 respectively and the incidence was 11.28% and 7.52% respectively. The relative risk factors was the period of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB)and that of operation,age,total liquid volume and cardiac aneurysm. Among them,period of CPB was the most significant factor.
