质子泵抑制剂奥美拉唑、兰索拉唑和盘托拉唑主要经细胞色素P450(CYP)的异构酶CYP2C19代谢消除。研究表明,三个质子泵抑制剂对其它经CYP系列代谢的药物皆表现出较弱的相互作用,少数文献报道这一相互作用无临床相关性,并且未发现剂量与不良反应的相关性。预示了该类药物临床使用或合用的安全性。

Proton pump inhibitors were metabolized with the sub-enzyme CYP2C19 of microsomes P450.The study shows that three of PPI were weak interaction with other drugs when CYP enzyme effected.Some of the research pressed that there were not relative in clinic,also there were no relative with dose and side effect.Result is infered that PPI is the safe drug both using and combining in clinic.
