通过花粉皮试和测定血清总免疫球蛋白E（IgE）、血清细胞因子白介素-4（IL-4）水平，比较哮喘缓解期、发作期糖皮质激素吸入治疗前后的变化，并与正常组进行对照。结果显示，哮喘发作期花粉皮试阳性率最高，治疗组和正常组阳性率较低；血清总IgE、IL-4水平发作期和缓解期与治疗后和正常组比较，差异非常显著（P＜0.01）；并且皮试阳性率与IgE、IL-4水平呈正相关（P＜0.01）。认为过敏原皮试和IgE、IL-4水平测定同样可作为诊断哮喘的重要依据，糖皮质激素吸入是哮喘急性发作期和缓解期的重要治疗手段。

In order to observe the treatment effects of asthma patients withinhaled glucocorticoid,the pollen test,the measurements of lgE and LL-4 were carried on.The results showed that the pollen skin test had the highest positive rate at attacking periods，the team and control group had lower positive rate.A singnificant difference of level of IgE and IL-4 was found compared the results of attacking period and remission period with the results after treatment and control group（P＜0.01）.The positive rate of pollen skin test had positive correlation with the levels of IgE，IL-4（P＜0.01）.It suggested that allergen skin test and measurement of IgE and IL-4 were diagnostic of asthma and inhaling glucocorticoid was an important treatment method at asthma acute attack period and remission period.
