Organizational learning is an area of knowledge about the way an organization learns and adapts. Such kind of organizations are able to sense changes from both internal and external environment and adapt accordingly. Double-loop learning, as the main model, describes organizations firstly questions about the values, assumptions and policies, then modifies actions consequently. Take ZUCC as an example to discuss how the organizational learning and double-loop learning are adopted in the university.
