利用平衡记分法建立供应链绩效评价指标体系,利用粗糙集理论对绩效评价体系进行约简,得到约简后的指标集后,使用基于信息熵的多属性评价方法对供应链绩效进行评价和排序.以便决策者参考.经过实证分析,证明该方法是有效的供应链绩效评价方法.

By using balanced scorecard method of supply chain performance evaluation index system,using rough set theory of performance evaluation system to deduct the sets of index,so get the targets set,then evaluate and sequence the performances of supply chain,based on information entropy of multi-attribute evaluation methods,in order to reference for decision makers.The empirical analysis proves that the method is effective for supply chain performance evaluation.
