To determme the total flavone content in Reishi mush room.The Spectrophotometry was used according to the fact that the maximum absorbency can be Obtained when the chelate formed by the combination of flavonoids and metalion is at 510 nm.The total flavone content is 0.385%.The result has shown that the method for determination of the total flavone content in Reishi mush room is easy to handle and reliable with satisfactory result.
