This paper is based on the analysis of the present situation and feasibility of Marketing Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises in Hunan, Strategies of Marketing Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises in Hunan was discussed from several aspects including Marketing concept, innovation of the marketing methods, Product Strategy Innovation, marketing organization and distribution channel innovation, and make suggestions accordingly.
